We value all our customers and want to provide them with excellent service at all times and deliver them the best blooms available. If at any time you are not completely happy with our service or our products, please let us know so we can rectify any errors or oversights that may have occurred. We will either redeliver the same arrangement and we will take back the design to see what went wrong. Our dedicated team will go the extra mile to ensure that customers are happy with our service. 

Secure Shopping

Ordering from our web site is easy, convenient, and very safe. All private information that you send us (including credit card numbers, names, addresses, and telephone numbers) is only used to process your order. we may use your info to send you promotions and discounts from Romee’s Garden.

Our use of your information

We don't sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do, however, share your information with our floral and gift distributors for the sole purpose of delivering your order

Order Status

If you have any questions regarding your existing order, previous order, or would like to change your order please call us and let us know.

Floral Delivery time request

We will arrange to accommodate your delivery time as per request.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitutiosn may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.


What if recipient is not available?

  • The delivery person will try to contact the recipient if no one attends to the delivery at the delivery address.
  • For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person  may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day.
  • For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day.

Order confirmation

When you place your order on our web site, you will get a confirmation with a number on it. You will know that your order has successfully been placed. If  it is placed between 8.00 am to 12.00 pm Los angles time, it will be processed within the hour after receiving it. Any order after 12.00 pm Los Angeles time will processed the next business day. If there is a problem with your order we will call you by phone or email you.
